Terms of Service

Sensia (“we”, “the studio”) is an AI image and video creation workspace operated for adults. By creating an account you accept these terms. If you are under 18 (or the age of majority where you live), you may not use Sensia at all.

1. Your inputs

You keep ownership of everything you upload. You grant Sensia a limited licence to store, process and transmit your images solely to operate the service: running the models you select, generating thumbnails, and showing results back to you. We do not sell your images, train models on them, or share them with other users. You are responsible for having the right to upload every image you upload.

2. Your outputs

Subject to the underlying models' own terms, you may use the images and videos you generate for personal and commercial purposes. We make no warranty that any output is unique, free of third-party rights, or fit for a particular use — clearing rights for commercial use is your responsibility. You may not present outputs as real photographs of real people.

3. Absolute prohibitions

These apply to every input, prompt and output, on every model, with no exceptions:

• Sexual content involving minors — including cartoon, AI-generated, or aged-up depictions. No interpretation exists under which this is permitted.
• Intimate or sexual imagery of real, identifiable people who have not consented — including content made from photos found online, celebrities, or people you know. Fictional AI-generated characters are the intended subject of this studio; real people require real consent.
• Impersonation: presenting generated content as a real person, or using the studio to deceive, defame or harass an identifiable individual.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademark or other rights you do not hold.
• Anything illegal in your jurisdiction or ours.

Violations result in immediate removal and account termination without refund. We preserve records of illegal activity and cooperate with law enforcement.

4. Credits and billing

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled and can be cancelled anytime from Settings — access continues to the end of the paid period. Credit packs are one-time consumable balances and are not refunded once purchased. Failed generations are never charged. Full detail: Refunds & Cancellation.

5. Copyright complaints (DMCA)

Our designated agent, registered with the U.S. Copyright Office (effective August 30, 2026): Jianping Huang, Pathvana LLC, 5 Garey Drive, Chappaqua, NY 10514, USA · +1 (201) 589-4991 · dmca@sensia.fun. A valid notice identifies the copyrighted work, the URL or description of the material on Sensia, your contact information, a good-faith belief statement, and your signature. We remove access to properly noticed material promptly, notify the uploader, and terminate repeat infringers. Submitters may file a counter-notice; restored material and repeated notices follow the statutory process. Non-copyright abuse reports go to reports@sensia.fun or the in-app Report content button.

6. Service and termination

The service is provided “as is”. Model availability, quality and pricing may change. You may delete your account and data at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts for policy violations, non-payment, or abuse of the platform. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before a claim.

7. Operator and governing law

Sensia is operated by Pathvana LLC, 5 Garey Drive, Chappaqua, NY 10514, USA — legal correspondence by email to support@sensia.fun is accepted and preferred. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules; disputes are resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
