Acceptable Use Policy
Effective August 30, 2026 · Sensia (sensia.fun)
Sensia ships no content filter of its own. That freedom stands on rules that protect real people. Everything below is enforceable by removal and termination — and the first three are absolute, on every model, every time.
The three absolute rules
- Adults only, always. Nothing involving minors — no depictions, no uploads, no prompts, no exceptions for cartoon or AI-generated characters.
- Consent for every real face. Upload images of yourself, of consenting partners, or work from the studio's fictional characters. Intimate imagery of real people who have not consented — from photos found online or anywhere else — is prohibited and, in most jurisdictions, illegal.
- Nothing illegal, on any model. Some providers enforce their own policies; a provider refusal costs you nothing.
Impersonation and infringement
- Do not present generated output as a real photograph of a real person, living or dead.
- Do not use the studio to defame, harass, extort or deceive an identifiable individual.
- Do not upload or generate content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or publicity rights. This includes using copyrighted characters and celebrity likenesses in ways the rights-holder would object to.
- Commercial use of outputs is permitted, but clearing rights for that use is your responsibility.
Reporting content
Use the Report action on any item in your library view, or email reports@sensia.fun. Copyright notices go to our DMCA agent at dmca@sensia.fun (see the Terms for notice requirements). Every report is logged with its handling: reviewed material is removed or the report is dismissed with a reason. Repeat infringers and policy violators are terminated without refund.
Appeals
If your content was removed or your account was actioned and you believe this was wrong, email support@sensia.fun with the details. A human reviews every appeal, usually within seven days; counter-notices under the DMCA follow the statutory process described in the Terms.
