Refunds & Cancellation

Automatic renewal — stated plainly

Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period (weekly, monthly, or yearly, depending on what you chose) until you cancel. The renewal price is the price of your plan at renewal time. We show the renewal terms on the pricing page before you check out, and Stripe emails a receipt for every charge.

Cancelling

Cancel anytime from Settings → Manage subscription (or the pricing page inside the app). Cancelling stops all future charges immediately; you keep full access and your weekly credits through the end of the period you already paid for. No phone call, no retention maze.

Refunds

• Subscriptions: if you cancel within 48 hours of a charge and have not used the new period's credits, email support@sensia.fun and we refund that charge. Beyond that window, charges are final — you keep access to what you paid for.
• Credit packs: one-time consumable purchases. Not refundable once bought, including partially used packs. Packs never expire and are not forfeited by cancellation.
• Failed generations: never charged. If a render fails, errors out, or is refused by a provider, the reservation is released and your credits are returned automatically. You never pay for nothing.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback — almost everything can be fixed faster by email. Accounts with open chargebacks are suspended until resolved.
