Privacy Policy

We collect what the studio needs to run, and nothing else. This page says exactly what that is, how long we keep it, and how you delete it.

What we store, and for how long

• Account: your email and sign-in identity, managed by our auth provider (Clerk). Kept until you delete your account.
• Images and videos: your uploads and every generation, stored on Cloudflare R2 under random keys. Kept until you delete them or your account. Deleting an item hides it from the app immediately and its storage object is removed with routine cleanup (within 30 days); account deletion removes objects as part of the deletion run.
• Prompts and history: the instruction, preserve and avoid sections, assembled and final prompts, and model settings for every run. Kept until you delete them or your account.
• Billing: subscription status and Stripe customer reference. Invoices and payment records are retained by Stripe for the period required by tax law (typically seven years). We never see or store card numbers.
• Usage metering: per-generation cost records that meter your credit allowance. Kept for the life of the account.
• Prompt-analysis cache: results of vision analysis of your images, reused to avoid re-spending on identical analyses. Deleted with your account.
• Server logs: request logs including IP address, kept 30 days for security and abuse response.
• Beta access requests: the email of a person who tried to sign in during the private beta. Deleted when they are admitted or the beta ends.
• Content reports: reports you file and their processing records. Kept for the life of the platform — abuse-processing records are a compliance obligation and outlive individual accounts.

Who processes data for us

Third parties involved in running the studio: Clerk (authentication), Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (storage and CDN), and the AI providers behind the models you select (for example Runware and xAI). When you generate, your prompt and input images are transmitted to the provider of the model you chose, solely to produce your result. We do not sell personal data to anyone.

Deleting your data

Delete individual items anytime in the Library — deletion is immediate and permanent. Delete everything at once from Settings → Delete account: this removes your images, videos, prompts, history and cache, signs you out everywhere, and deletes the sign-in record. A few things survive by obligation: Stripe’s own payment records, and content-report processing records (which contain no imagery). Log data ages out within 30 days.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including CCPA/CPRA in California and GDPR in the EU/UK) you have rights to access, export, correct or delete your personal data, and to opt out of any sale or sharing — we do not sell or share personal data, so no opt-out is needed. Export: Settings → Export my data produces a downloadable archive of your prompts, history and metadata (media is downloadable individually from the Library). Deletion: the in-app tools delete directly. Correction and everything else: email support@sensia.fun — verified requests are answered within 30 days. We honor the Global Privacy Control signal as a do-not-sell instruction (moot, as we never sell).

Adult content

The studio is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from minors; accounts identified as belonging to a minor are terminated and their data deleted immediately.
